Please note that in the event of industrial strike action by our delivery partners we cannot guarantee delivery in the estimated time frame. Due to the impact on airlines and flight availability from the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some delays on International orders. Estimated delivery time excludes any time the parcel may be passing through customs in the country of destination as this is beyond our control.
As you can imagine, the worldwide pandemic has added additional work and stress for our teams, especially our warehouse and Customer Care teams, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time. Please remember that we are constantly responding to all enquiries as quickly as possible.

By strictly following guidelines that are in line with local, state and federal government and the World Health Organization, we have been able to safely and successfully despatch our Ltoltoplus orders to our beloved customers.
Of course, with international border and customs restrictions constantly changing and international flights being grounded all over the world, our delivery partners are trying their hardest to provide exact shipping timeframes and deliver all orders as quickly as possible. - We implemented social distancing rules and strict hygiene requirements extremely early on.
- Increased our daily cleaning to include more frequent disinfecting of surfaces.
- Our delivery partners follow a strict no-contact pick up and delivery process.
